Wonderful post!

Very insightful and reflective. We all have to send our *Superwoman* away at times.

Good writing.

Amen my sister. We sometimes try to do EVERYTHING when it's not meant for us to. Stay strong.

WOW! What a power reflection. It was as if I was reading about myself, for I too tend to take on the weight of the world for everyone else and forget about ME. It does become exhausing. But like you said, no more!
This is so inspiring and uplifting, yet cleansing....

Great Piece,

Love & Peace,

I found myself reading this piece again and again. Just in case you might be feeling a little uneasy about letting the 'cape' go, remember - Having the strength to free yourself is the sign of a true Superwoman.

What a perfect reflection for me today, as I tried to bring her back as my witness of what I can do - if I just focus. Thank you for for your powerful insight...as always.

I love your words. You are absolutiely correct. But knowing all of this, still, why do I feel guilty when I can not finish a project, or if i'm not able to run that last errand? Help!
